Will discounts cheapen my brand?
The bag is a surprise, so no specific product is publicly marked down. Premium bakeries around the world sell surplus this way. You control quantity, price and which days you list.
What does it cost?
No listing fee, no monthly fee, no hardware. We take a small commission only when a bag sells. Founding partners pay zero commission for their first month.
What about halal, vegetarian and vegan customers?
You declare halal certification and dietary tags once at signup. Customers can filter for them, so the right people find you.
What if someone does not collect?
Payment is captured when the customer reserves, so no-shows never cost you anything.
Is this compliant with food safety rules?
You only bag food you would still sell over the counter, and nothing changes about your SFA obligations. Our terms make clear the food sale is between you and the customer, like any takeaway.
